Terms of Service

Last updated: June 15, 2026

Welcome to MirahLabs ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, software products, custom API endpoints, and other software engineering services.

By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from accessing our systems or using our software applications.

1. License & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property, source code, designs, and algorithm structures developed by MirahLabs (founded by Jinto Antony) are the exclusive property of MirahLabs. This includes proprietary technologies underpinning our platforms:

  • MirahCare.ai: Our AI-driven healthcare accessibility system.
  • Ayurveda.ai: Our traditional wellness analysis and database portal.
  • Enterprise AI Solutions: Custom agentic interfaces and document search models.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our services in accordance with these Terms. You may not reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute our source files without written consent.

2. Acceptable Use Guidelines

You agree to use our systems only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Attempt to compromise the security of our host servers, database connection systems, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or insert malicious scripts (such as SQL injections or spam entries) into our forms.
  • Use our API endpoints or AI outputs to generate prohibited, illegal, or harmful materials.
  • Exceed specified upload payload sizes (such as the 16 MB limit enforced on static files and upload directories).

3. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our services, including AI-generated suggestions, wellness profiles, or database analytics, are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Specifically, AI suggestions (e.g. within MirahCare.ai or Ayurveda.ai) do not constitute professional medical advice or clinical diagnosis.

In no event shall MirahLabs, Jinto Antony, or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, database errors, system downtime, or profit losses) arising out of the use or inability to use our software applications.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing the business headquarters of MirahLabs, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the services shall be instituted in a state or federal court of appropriate jurisdiction.
